Throughout her life, Melia has been immersed in the world of real estate and residential construction. Growing up in a family-owned construction business, Melia spent countless hours on job sites, exploring the framework and looking at architectural plans. This instilled in her a true appreciation for the building process, as well as a desire to design, and led Melia to real estate where she could further engage in the process of buying, selling and investing.

Melia's experience in design, development, and construction allows her to visualize the potential in a property, offering each client an elevated real estate experience.
